Introduction of Center for Diversity and Inclusion
History
We established the Office of Gender Equality in April 2011 to promote gender equality and Head Office for Gender Equality (2020). In April 2022, to improve it, we established the Center for Diversity and Inclusion with precious regulations in TUT. Now, we declare "TUT EQUAL" to realize a campus where diverse human resources can demonstrate their individuality and abilities with vigor and respect in all aspects of education, research, and university administration.

Past Action
- Establishment of Women's dormitory in 2008
- Renovation of toilet for gender and welfare from 2009
- Safe and secure campus life project in 2009
- Emplacement of vice president for Diversity from 2010
- Preparation of establishment of the Office of Gender Equality in 2010
- Establishment of the Office of Gender Equality in 2011, and improvement it in 2016
- Establishment of Women's Lounges in TUT Library in 2017
- Establishment of the Head office for Gender Equality in 2020
- Establishment of the Center for Diversity and Inclusion in 2022
